Tonight, despite the day being a working holiday, I found the time to actually cook. Here's what was served for dinner:
Broccoli, mushroom, young corn, and all-purpose cream.
A very easy and fast recipe from Yummy magazine. Prep + cooking time shouldn't take you more than 20 mins. Was I glad that H, who's a picky veggie eater, didn't complain. Unfortunately, my little girl doesn't seem to like cream-based dishes for now.
Since I still had all purpose cream left and there's mango and Graham crackers, I made one batch of mango float topped with Cadbury chocolate. I also mixed in grated Cadbury chocolate in the Graham crumbs. We'll be finding out how that turned out tomorrow.
Just a little something from Vietnam, their Tet Holiday and Chinese New Year:

Kung Hei Fat Choi!
That's it for Monday Bites! :)
P.S. Whee! That's 3 consecutive Mondays already. Looking forward to sticking with this!
It used to be just me, but now that I have a family, still documenting my hunger for eats, destinations, experiences, and adventures - with a toddler in tow
