Le Bistro Vert

If my meager french serves me right, Le Bistro Vert means the green bistro. I thought this was a party place before when I used to pass by Fraser's Place but tried Le Bistro Vert recently and definitely it was one of the best meals I've had in Makati.

My photos don't do the dishes justice. Started the meal with fried camote chips on the house (and asked for seconds), pumpkin soup, Le Bistro Vert Caesar's salad (first of its kind I've tasted which made use of tinapa and salted egg) , and had a taste of H's Palawan Cashew & Herb Crusted Sole Fillet.

Ended the meal with a Valrhona Sans Rival. Again, I am not doing this dessert any justice.

Found this place thanks to CashCashPinoy's offer: only PhP500 for PhP1,000 worth of food and drinks.

Assumed this place to be expensive but given the dishes (created by Chef Sau del Rosario) and the area, I think it's actually worth it.

For those interested to try this place out, there's a promo ongoing at DealGrocer right now: only PhP 900 for PhP 1,500 worth of food and drinks. Not as good as the deal before from Cashcashpinoy but I still think it's worth it. Had no issues before when I reserved for a table that morning for dinner on a weekday.
